What’s Included in Your Group Session
During your 1-hour private booking, you and your guests will have access to our full range of recovery tools:
Traditional Steam Sauna – detoxify and improve circulation.
Odin Ice Baths – boost recovery, reduce inflammation, and increase resilience.
Normatec Compression Boots – enhance circulation and reduce muscle soreness.
Red Light Therapy – support cellular repair and overall recovery.
Massage Guns & Foam Rollers – relieve muscle tension and improve mobility.
Booking Terms & Pricing
Group booking fee: $300 for a 1-hour session
Availability: Saturdays and Sundays (weekday sessions available on request)
Deposit: $100 required to secure your booking (balance due on the day)
Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs the full booking fee
Age requirement: Guests must be 16+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
Privacy & Waiver: All participants must accept our Privacy Policy and Liability Waiver prior to the session
